Q: What do I do if my order came damaged?
A: If you receive a product with an apparent defect or damage, we kindly request that you promptly inform us via our email info@hbrswrld.com within a maximum of 48 hours from the delivery date.

Q: How do I initiate a return/exchange?

Exchange Requirements:
You have 10 days from the purchase date to initiate an exchange.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. We will inspect the item upon return.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the item. This cost will be deducted from the exchange gift voucher you receive.
