RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Hubris, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, our straightforward returns process ensures quick resolutions.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
For our Nigeria-based customers, please email us at info@hbrswrld.com with your order details and the reason for your return/exchange. Our team will guide you through the process promptly.
We’ll arrange a pickup for the returned item. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. Within Return Window: The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Unused Condition: The item should show no signs of wear.
  3. Unwashed: The item must not have been laundered.
  4. Stain-Free: The item must be free of visible stains or marks.
  5. Tear-Free: The item must not have any tears or damage.
  6. Original Packaging: All items must be returned with tags attached, ribbons intact, and in their original packaging.

Once these requirements are met, your refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

DISPUTED RETURNS
If your return is rejected due to not meeting the criteria, we’ll email detailed feedback, including photos. You may choose to have the item returned to you, but please note that shipping costs will apply. For further assistance, contact us at info@hbrswrld.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or has damaged outer packaging, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@hbrswrld.com.
To return a damaged product, please include all accessories in their original packaging. Missing accessories or improper packaging may delay or invalidate your return. Refunds for damaged items will be issued in full.

EXCEPTIONS
Sale Items: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are only available for purchase at pop-up events or in-person sales.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, the process depends on its shipping status:
1. Before Shipping: A full refund will be issued.
2. After Shipping: Refunds will be processed within 21 days of cancellation confirmation. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
